## Refund & Cancellation Policy
At GlassBridge LLC, we aim to deliver high-quality compliance consulting and documentation services.
**Consulting Sessions & Audits**
– Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
**Digital Products & Templates**
– Due to the nature of digital files (e.g., SOP templates, checklists, training documents), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once delivered.
**Custom Projects**
– For custom SOP builds or compliance documentation packages, a non-refundable deposit (as outlined in your invoice or service agreement) is required to begin work.
– Remaining balances are due upon delivery of the agreed-upon materials.
– Refunds are not available once work has commenced, but if you are dissatisfied, we will make reasonable efforts to revise or adjust the deliverables.
